CNC (Computer Numerical Control 計算機數(shù)字控制)加工是指通過計算機程序控制機床的運動和加工過程,對金屬/非金屬材料進行切削、鉆孔、攻絲等自動化加工,能夠精確地制造出各種復雜形狀的零件。
CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining refers to controlling the movement of machine tools and the machining process through computer programs. It conducts automated machining operations such as cutting, drilling, and tapping on metal/non-metal materials, and is capable of precisely manufacturing various parts with complex shapes.
在傳統(tǒng)的 CNC 加工生產模式中,上下料環(huán)節(jié)往往依賴人工操作。工人需要頻繁地將待加工的毛坯件放置到機床的工作臺上,加工完成后再將成品取出。這種方式存在諸多弊端。一方面,人工操作的效率較低,工人勞動強度大,而且長時間重復操作容易導致疲勞,進而影響加工精度和生產效率。另一方面,人工上下料難以實現(xiàn) 24 小時不間斷生產,限制了企業(yè)的產能提升。
In the traditional CNC machining production mode, the processes of loading and unloading materials often rely on manual operations. Workers need to frequently place the workpieces to be processed on the workbench of the machine tool, and then take out the finished products after the machining is completed. This approach has numerous drawbacks. On the one hand, the efficiency of manual operations is relatively low, and the labor intensity for workers is high. Additionally, long-term repetitive operations are prone to cause fatigue, which will further affect the machining accuracy and production efficiency. On the other hand, it is difficult to achieve 24-hour continuous production through manual loading and unloading, thus restricting the enhancement of the enterprise's production capacity.

The chip is directly connected to the internal bus. The program control cycle is 1 ms, the servo communication cycle reaches 250 μs, and the current loop communication cycle reaches 62.5 μs.
